Abstract

These Regulations amend the Marine Spaces (Foreign Fishing Vessels) Regulations by adding a new subregulation (6) to regulation 32B on an exemption to the duty to install an automatic location communicator by specified local vessels. Such vessels shall install a vessel monitoring system of their own and shall allow access by the Director of Fisheries to such system.
