Abstract These Regulations make several amendment in the Principal Regulations, such as in Regulation 12 in terms of fees, royalties and other forms of compensation payable in respect of a foreign fishing licence; and Regulations 32, 33, 34 and 35 in terms of fees for transshipment or bunkering permit. Regulation 36A on the conditions of bunkering is inserted in the Principal Regulations. These Regulations amend Forms I and J of Schedule 1 regarding the transshipment or bunkering permit. These Regulations replace Schedule 2 with the new Schedule which lists fees for fishing license for locally-based and foreign fishing vessels within fishery waters, fees for fishing exclusively outside fishery waters, and fees for annual transshipment or bunkering permit.
