A ban is placed on exportation of various fish and aquatic animal species but some species may be exported for non-commercial purposes. The Minister shall work in consultation with the Division of Customs to promulgate rules to define the valid non-commercial purposes for which certain species may be exported and to establish procedures for exporting such species up to 50 pounds and issuing written permission to export an amount of such species over 50 pounds.
