Abstract

No person shall use a speargun to fish or catch any turtle, fish, sponge, coral, or any other natural product from the sea from in a specified marine area. No self contained underwater breathing apparatus diving equipment shall be used to take the marine products mentioned above within the Exclusive Economic Zone of the British Virgin Islands.
