Abstract

These Regulations provide rules for the navigation by ships in channels to which these Regulations apply. They also prohibit the discharge or deposit any ballast or other solid material, or any fuel oil from any ship boat in the waters of any channel: The master of every ship or Island boat shall take all precautions necessary to prevent any such discharge or deposit.
