Abstract

These Regulations provide rules for the anchoring and berthing of ships in ports of Bermuda. Ships shall be anchored in such position and manner as the Harbour Master may direct. Ships shall also comply with other directions given by the Harbour Master. The Regulations also provide for the protection of harbour and adjacent waters from pollution by ballast, rubbish or filthy water.
