Abstract These Regulations, under the Marine Parks Act 2007, consisting of 12 sections divided into five Parts and completed by one Schedule, provide for the compensations to be paid as a result of the creation of a zone or the imposition of a temporary prohibition or restriction of activities within a marine park, the rights conferred by a statutory authorisation under another Act are affected, the holder of the statutory authorisation may apply to the Minister for compensation under section 21 of the Act in accordance with this regulation.
