Ss 1-2 of this Regulation enter into force on 18 August 2006. Remaining provisions on 31 August 2006.
Abstract

This Regulation, consisting of five Parts and completed by four schedules, declares specific marine parks such as: Moreton Bay Marine Park; Great Barrier Reef Coast Marine Park; Great Sandy Marine Park. It is completed by four schedules on fees and on areas declared marine parks.
