They provide rules for fishing so as to reduce the ecological impact of fisheries. The Regulations establish a Sanctuary Area, four Restricted Zones and a Controlled Zone in the Marine Protected Area and place restrictions on boat-based fishing and use of gear in the Restricted Zones and the Controlled Zone.
