Abstract

This Notice concerns permits for recreational scuba diving which may adversely affect the marine environment in Marine Protected Areas. Such scuba diving is classified as a prohibited activity for purposes of the Marine Living Resources Act unless authorized in terms of section 43(3) of the Act.
