Abstract

This Notice of the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries, made under the Marine Living Resources Act, 1998, publishes the criteria for allocating rights to engage in abalone ranching or stock enhancement pilot projects. Rights shall be allocated upon application.
