The Licences contains conditions regarding, among other things gear. The taking of lobster, conch, turtle, or protected fin fish species is not permitted. No more than four fish in total may be taken in any one day, and fish must be eight inches or greater in length. The licence holder shall fish for personal consumption only, and shall not indulge in any trade or barter of fish. The licence holder shall keep this licence on his person during any line fishing activity. This licence is not transferable to any other person.
