Abstract

These Regulations provide rules for diving in Bermudan waters. Diving operators and divers shall be licensed. No person shall: dive in an area of water declared to be a prohibited area under these Regulations; or dive in an area of water in contravention of any restriction specified in the Notice published in the Gazette in respect of that area of water. The Minister may appoint inspectors to control diving.
