Abstract

This Order, which extends to the United Kingdom, brings into force provisions of the Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009 concerning fisheries and contains transitional provisions in relation to They also revoke the Wildlife and Countryside (Byelaws for Marine Nature Reserves) Regulations 1986 consequential to the commencement of Part 5 of the Act.
