Abstract

The present Ordinance implements the Milk and Margarine Act of 25 July 1990 (BGBl. I p. 1471). Article 3 establishes that margarine or blends not complying with requirements listed in Annex shall not be placed on the market. The text – consisting of 7 articles – deals with the following aspects: sphere of application, labelling requirements, violations and penalties and entry into force. One Annex is enclosed
