Abstract

The present Regulation enacts the Wildlife Act. The Regulation lays down provisions relating to the management of hunting areas. The text – consisting of 6 sections – deals with the following matters: definitions, hunting permitted in managed hunting areas, landowner's permission form, exceptions, limit on hunting, size of acreage, number of hunters and repeal.
