Entry into force notes
These Regulations shall come into operation on 1 April 2013.
Abstract

These Regulations, consisting of 6 Sections and 3 Schedules, are enacted in accordance with the Malaysian Quarantine and Inspection Services Act 2011 [Act 728]. The Regulations make provisions for: fee for issuance of licence or permit for importation or exportation of animal, carcass, animal produce, plant, soil, microorganism, plant produce, fish and fish produce, inspection charges, quarantine and quarantine procedure charges, etc.
