Sections are divided into four Titles: Fishery Management Authority of the United States (I); Foreign Fishing and International Fishery Agreements (II); National Fishery Management Program (III); Miscellaneous Provisions (IV). Title I provides for the establishement of a Fishery Conservation Zone (sect. 101). Title II contains Sections on access, enforcement and total allowable catch (sect. 201), international fishery agreements (sects. 202 and 203) and permits (204). Title III provides for management plans and the establishment of eight Regional Fishery Management Councils. The Act deals also with selected matters of maritime delimitation and establishes a Fishing Zone contiguous to the territorial sea. Full text English
