Abstract

The present Law implements article 64 of the Food Safety and Consumer Protection Act (BGBl. I No. 13/2006). The Law lays down provisions relating to the levying of fees for inspection of animals destined for slaughter and meat. The text consists of 10 articles as follows: Subject of fees (1); Debtor of fees (2); Amount of fee (3); Competent authority (4); Deadline (5); Utilization of fees (6); Duty to register and notify (7); Penalties (8); Implementation of community law (9); Final provisions (10).
