Abstract

The aim of the present Law is to protect cultivated agricultural plants and their products against harmful organisms. The text deals with the following matters: purpose of the Law, definition of terms, guidelines for combating harmful organism; plant protection measures, collaboration of local authorities, inspection, contribution to costs, penalties, implementation of EU-directives and entry into force.
