Abstract

This Act provides for rules relative to the establishment and operation of logging camps. Appointed inspectors may inspect logging camps (sect. 4). Official scalers may be appointed or appointment of commercial scalers be approved by the Minister of Mines, Agriculture and Resources (sect. 4.2). Information from timber purchasers and others may be required (sect. 5). Logging camps shall be operated in accordance with provisions of this Act (sects. 6-21). (24 sections)
