Abstract

The present local Law regulates for the municipality of Bremen requirements for construction, changing, running, maintenance and elimination of drainage facilities for parcels of land, their connection to public waste water discharge, as well as the use of discharge facilities and public waste water plants as far as the district of Bremen is due to dispose properly of waste water. The text – consisting of 20 articles – deals, inter alia, with the following aspects: sphere of application, definition of terms, canalisation, waste water discharge in small gardens, water discharge facilities, application of Bremen Building Ordinance, responsibility, authorities, entry into force.
