Abstract

These Regulations are made under Section 61 of the Fisheries and Aquatic Resources Act, No. 2 of 1996. They prohibit catching spiny lobster without a licence and impose certain restrictions on purchasing, selling and transporting spiny lobster. Regulation No. 7 provides for application of permit to sell and transport flesh of spiny lobster. Regulation No. 9 provides for application for a licence to export. Regulation No. 11 contains definitions.
