Abstract

The export of livestock to another Member of the European Economic Community is hereby prohibited except under and in accordance with a licence granted in that behalf by the Minister for Agriculture and Food. In this Order "livestock" means any bovine animal, sheep, goat or other ruminating animal or swine.
