Abstract

These Rules regulate the trade in bull semen and the artificial insemination of seed in cows. No person shall distribute or sell bull semen except under a licence issued by the Director of Agriculture and in accordance with such conditions as may be attached thereto. A licence authorizing the distribution of bull semen from an artificial insemination centre shall be subject to conditions as specified in these Rules.
