Abstract

The present Regulations enact the Wild Life Act. The Regulations lay down provisions relating to the Little Grand Lake Wild Life Reserve. In particular, section 3 establishes the Little Grand Lake Wild Life Reserve. The area included in the reserve is set out in Schedule A. The text – consisting of 10 sections – deals with the following aspects: camping, building, mineral exploration, timber harvesting, commercial development and existing development. Two Schedules are enclosed.
