Abstract

This Legislative Decree regulates the manufacturing, marketing and import of foodstuffs and food ingredients treated with ionizing radiation. Annex IV specifies the foods that may be treated with ionizing radiation (desiccated herbs, spices and condiments derived from vegetables).
