Abstract This Legislative Decree applies to all types of partly or wholly dehydrated preserved milk destined to human consumption, as defined under Annex I. Vitamins may be added to such products, in compliance with the labelling requirements prescribed under Legislative Decree No. 77 of 16 February 1993. Article 3 specifies the methods through which milk preservation can be obtained. Article 6 sets out administrative sanctions to be applied in case of infringement of these provisions.
