This Legislative Decree entered into force on 19 April 2009.

Abstract

This Legislative Decree sets out measures to prevent and control groundwater pollution, with specific regard to (i) criteria for the assessment of good groundwater chemical status, and (ii) criteria for the identification and reversal of significant and sustained upward trends and for the definition of starting points for trend reversals.
