Abstract

This Legislative Decree sets out a revised legislative framework applicable to products placed on the market as fertilizers, in compliance with European Community provisions in force regarding such matters. Fertilizers may be placed on the market as long as they fulfill the requirements hereby established, which deal with packaging, labelling, identification and traceability. In case of infringement, the penalties set out in article 12 shall be applied.
