Article 2 hereto gives a number of definitions, including “polychlorinated biphenyls” as well as “polychlorinated terphenyls”. Article 4 requires the Regions and the Autonomous Provinces to adopt and transmit to the Ministry of the Environment their respective programmes for the disposal and decontamination of equipment containing PCBs.
