Abstract

This Legislative Decree amends article 3, paragraphs 8 and 9; article 5, paragraphs 1 and 4; article 8, paragraph 6; article 11, paragraphs 1-5 of Legislative Decree No. 28 of 1993. Article 14-bis, concerning the safety sanitary measures to be undertaken by the local health authorities in case of detection of hazards for animal or public health, is added to Legislative Decree No. 28 of 1993.
