Abstract

With a view to harmonizing and coordinating the legislation on fertilizers throughout the Community, the present Decree amends several articles of Act of 19 October 1984, No. 748. The amendments concern mainly the definition and chemical composition of the different substances, the characteristics required for obtaining the recognition by the Community ("EC fertilizer" mark), and the composition of the Technical Advisory Commission of Fertilizers.
