Abstract

No person shall: (a) catch or take, or attempt to catch or take, or cause to be caught or taken, any leatherback turtle; (b) slaughter any leatherback turtle or buy, sell or expose for sale or having in his possession the whole or any portion of the meat or b-product of a leatherback turtle; (c) take or attempt to take, or cause to be taken, any leatherback turtle eggs; (d) buy, sell, expose for sale or have in his possession any leatherback turtle.
