Abstract

This Law adds amends the provisions part of the Law on hunting (originally published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Croatia 99/2018, and already amended in the Gazette 32/2019). Changes are regarding the addition of a new paragraph (11) to the rules laid down in article 31 (setting requirements for allocation and management of funds for the right to hunt and their distribution). The added paragraph states the following: “As an exception to paragraphs 4, 5 and 6 of article 31, the funds referred to in paragraph 1, items 1, 3 and 4 may be used to eliminate or mitigate the consequences caused by special circumstances or events or certain unforeseeable and unpredictable conditions that endanger the life and health of citizens, property of greater value, significantly damage the environment, disrupt economic activity or cause significant economic damage, which is decided by the Minister”.
