Abstract This Law provides for complete set of rules as regards the wine production, grapevine production, and wine sector on the territory of the Republic of Croatia, including the rules determining competent authorities for the implementation of such provisions. These rules are divided into six main Parts, each containing its thematic Chapters. List of main Part headings is as follows: (I) Introductory provisions; (II) Viticulture and winemaking; (III) Flavored wine products; (IV) Authorization of laboratories and commissions for the organoleptic evaluation of wines, fruit wines and aromatized wine products; (IV) Control and supervision; (V) Misdemeanor provisions; and (VI) Transitional and final provisions.
