Abstract This Law regulates the protection and use of wild fauna, and control of animals living freely in the wild for the purpose of protecting human health and properties. This Law does not apply: (a) to protection and use of wild fauna in cases where stricter protection requirements have been established by other legal acts; and (b) to hunting and fishing.
