Abstract

The purpose of the present Law is to outline competences with a view to the implementation of the Fertilizer Ordinance of 6. February 2009 (BGBl. I p. 153) and nominate the agricultural specialized authority under the Sewage Sludge Ordinance of 15 April 1992 (BGBl. I p. 912). The text consists of 4 articles as follows: Competence for survey and administrative order (1); Competence of specialized agencies and designation of investigating bodies (2); Admission of exceptions in view of the use of non-authorized fertilizers (3); Competent specialized agricultural authority under the Sewage Sludge Ordinance (4).
