Abstract This Law regulates the organization of the State Inspectorate, management, conditions for performing inspection tasks within the scope of the State Inspectorate, the duties and powers of inspectors for the purpose of protecting the public interest and public health interest in the implementation of necessary regulations, and application of related penalties.
