This Law enters into force on 1 January 2012.
Abstract

This Act regulates the protection from light pollution; protection principles; entities that carry out protection; way of establishing management standards to reduce consumption of electricity and other energy; ways of clarifying the mandatory; the degree of protection from excessive illumination; restrictions and prohibitions related to light pollution; planning; construction; maintenance and reconstruction of illumination; and other issues in this regard.
