Abstract This Law provides all necessary standards and rules aimed to correctly define the legal status of ports on the territory of the Republic of Montenegro, port management requirements and adopted standards, port area classification and rules, port activities and their performance, construction and use of port infrastructure and superstructure, the establishment of port authorities, port order and code, as well as other issues including the offences and penalties.
