Abstract

The present Law lays down provisins relating to the monopoly of mining. In particular, article 1 establishes that the State has the monopoly of mining in general, as far as salt, and other minerals are concerned, as well as lignite and charcoal. They may not be exploited without authorization by the State. The text consists of 5 articles.
