All mining activities are subject to a licence. The licence shall be refused if the safety of the workers or the surrounding area is endangered. Existing mines shall submit to the competent authority detailed plans regarding their activities; new mining industries shall submit plans or complete existing ones. Inspectors shall be allowed to visit the premises of mines. All violations of the present Act shall be subject to penalties. The text consists of 9 articles. Full text German Website www.gl.ch
