Abstract This Law regulates the requirements for protection of environment and human health by preventing or reducing the negative effects of creation and treatment of waste deriving from electrical and electronic equipment. These requirements shall be met in the production of electrical and electronic equipment, collection, reuse, processing and disposal, as well as by other waste electrical treatment issues by all economic operators as well as other entities that are participating in related processes of production and treatment of electrical waste and electronic equipment.
