II): the Council is formed by the Minister of Health as President and 19 members from the different ministries and administrations (art. 4); competencies of the Council (art. 7); establishment of the Council for Environmental Protection and Improvement in every Province (art. 8); formation and competence of the Council in the Provinces (art. 9); Department of Environmental Protection and Improvement (sect. III): composition and competencies of this Department (arts. 12, 13, 14, and 15); penalties (sect. IV); concluding provisions (sect. V): Resolutions Nos. 1258 of 19/11/1975 and 750 of 3/6/1978 are now abrogated (art. 19).
