Abstract This Law prescribes various standards and measures aimed to correctly regulate the field of efficient use of energy in final energy consumption, the adoption of plans and programs in order to improve energy efficiency and its direct implementation, energy efficiency measures and rules, and in particular the activity of energy services and energy audits, public sector liabilities, energy entity and large consumers, also defining the consumer rights in implementation of energy efficiency measures on the territory of the Croatian Republic.
