Abstract

The present Law lays down provisions relating to disaster relief and to the implementation of the federal legislation on civil protection and economic supply. The text consists of 41 articles divided into 11 Parts as follows: Content and definition of terms (1); Tasks (2); Cantonal organization (3); Utilization of means (4); Protection of civil population (5); Coordinated health service (6); Coordination of further services (7); National economic supply (8); Cultural heritage protection (9); Homeless and refugees (10); Legal remedies, penalties and final provisions (11).
