Abstract The scope of this Law shall be to protect users of fertilizers against application of poor quality fertilizers that are dangerous for human and animal health. Persons performing manufacturing, application, packaging and import of fertilizers shall submit to State Plant Protection Service the following documentation: (a) application for state registration of fertilizers; and (b) annually by 31 December submit data related to manufactured, applied or imported fertilizers with classification of fertilizers related to the previous year. Poor quality fertilizers that is dangerous for human and animal health and that cannot be rendered harmless shall be disposed of by the manufacturer or handler.
