Abstract

The Law regulates the circulation of fertilisers. The purpose of the Law is to protect consumers of fertilisers and growing media from the use of poor quality fertilisers and substrates, which are dangerous to human and animal health and to the environment, as well as to ensure identical requirements for natural and legal persons who perform activities with fertilisers and substrates. The Law further provides for the registration of fertilisers and substrates, monitoring and control of their circulation.
