Abstract This Law establishes preferential terms of payment for wildlife management on the territory of the Amur Region for some categories of users. Preferential terms of payment are applicable to scanty indigenous population and hunters engaged in extermination of wolves. Preferential terms consist of exoneration the aforesaid categories from payment of revenues to the regional budget for wildlife management (60% of fees for wildlife management).
